Beyond The Mayan Calender – Be Calm And Meditate…

Focus on the infinity of your heart. Breathe and relax deeply. Remember that love is the heart of the universe. Blessings to all Beings.

To meditate daily (1-3 times 15-60 minutes) is a royal path to your inner awareness, immense personal growth and happiness. The world is full of inspired people like The Dalai Lama, Burt Goldman, Deepak Chopra, Bill Harris and so many more who wants you to meditate, and they have very good reasons for it. Just imagine… In a world where almost everybody meditates, how peaceful and positive that life experience would be.

Our personal development would reach a new higher paradigm and inspiration and creativity would bloom like never before. Whenever a problem arised we would sit down and meditate and let our higher self guide us, instead of trying to find a solution with the power of our thoughts. It really is true that when you meditate every day your heart gets inspired and you go from “thought out” solutions to revelations and innovations from your spirit. This is just one of the great wonders of meditation.

Whenever You´re Lost, Meditate

Sometimes we feel lost, insecure or just worn out and tired. We don´t know where to turn or who to ask. It is in times like these that we really need meditation. I mean there is nothing wrong with a good life coach or some other personal development coaching, but to sit down, relax and meditate is a golden key so that every other method you use can reach its maximum potential. Meditation truly highlights and gives energy to everything that goes on in your life, and when you meditate many big obstacles in your present life just disappear by themselves or simply lose meaning.

Meditate and be happy. Meditate and be happy.

 Meditate With A Smile

It is important that there is something sacred in human life, but no matter how sacred it is, to smile is equally important. It is a general misconception that when you are a “spiritual person” or when you meditate, chant mantras, cleanse your chakras or practice some other spiritual self help techniques, that you need to be “dead serious” like a heavy grey lifeless rock. Nothing could be more far from it. When you meditate, meditate with a smile. The Universe is joy and playfulness. Your soul is infinite bliss. So even when the world around you looks grim and hard, remember what Charlie Chaplin sang: “Smile, though your heart is aching / Smile, even though it’s breaking / When there are clouds in the sky / you’ll get by / If you smile through your fear and sorrow :-) Just Smile And Meditate…
